Installation Instructions
Raise and support the Bronco safely on a lift or jack stands. Allow the exhaust to cool completely. Unbolt the stock muffler and midpipe at the factory flange connection. Remove the stock exhaust components from the factory hangers. Install the Thermal R&D B912-C911-C (or B911-C911-C for 4-door) catback system onto the factory hangers using the supplied clamps and hardware. Confirm high-clearance positioning. Torque all hardware and check alignment before lowering. Inspect for leaks during initial start-up.
