Install Instructions
- Raise the F-150 safely and allow the factory exhaust to cool completely before starting the install.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust at the mid pipe connection and remove the stock muffler assembly from its hangers.
- Remove the OEM tips and muffler section from the vehicle.
- Position the new muffler section onto the factory hanger locations without fully tightening clamps.
- Connect the muffler inlet to the factory mid pipe using the provided clamp.
- Align the dual tips so they sit level and centered in the rear bumper opening.
- Torque all clamps to spec once alignment is confirmed.
- Start the engine and check every connection for leaks before lowering the truck off the lift.
