The Thermal R&D B192-C192 is a complete front pipe back exhaust system built specifically for the 2023-2025 Acura Integra. Using 2.5 inch T304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing throughout, the B192-C192 replaces the entire exhaust from the front pipe to the tips, increasing exhaust flow and delivering a deeper, more aggressive turbo exhaust note from the turbocharged 1.5L engine. True Helmholtz Technology is built into the design to cancel the resonance frequencies that cause drone at highway speeds, keeping the system aggressive under throttle while remaining comfortable on daily drives. High-end compression clamps ensure a secure, leak-free fit with maximum adjustability. Polished stainless tips complete the system with a clean, premium finish. Manufactured in Lancaster, California by Thermal Research and Development with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original vehicle owner.

Does the B192-C192 fit my 2024 Acura Integra?
Yes. The B192-C192 fits all 2023-2025 Acura Integra models with the turbocharged 1.5L engine.
What is the difference between the B192-C192 and the B192-C192-C?
Both are the same front pipe back system for the 2023-2025 Integra. The B192-C192 (this listing) includes polished stainless tips. The B192-C192-C includes the same system with black ceramic coated tips. Mechanically they are identical; only the tip finish differs.
How does the B192-C192 Integra exhaust differ from the B192-C192-1 for the Civic Si?
The B192-C192 is designed specifically for the 2023-2025 Acura Integra. The B192-C192-1 is engineered for the 2022-2025 Honda Civic Si. While both vehicles share the same platform and turbocharged 1.5L engine, the exhaust fitment is application-specific due to differences in underbody routing and rear valance design.
Will there be highway drone?
No. True Helmholtz Technology cancels the resonance frequencies that cause drone at highway cruising speeds. Owners report a deeper, more aggressive turbo exhaust note at wide-open throttle with zero drone at 65 to 80 mph.
Does this system replace the catalytic converter?
No. This is a front pipe back system that connects downstream of the OEM catalytic converter. Emissions compliance is maintained and no check engine light should result from a proper installation on a stock Integra.
Does installation require cutting or welding?
No. The B192-C192 is a complete bolt-on system using high-end compression clamps. All necessary hardware is included. No cutting, welding, or drilling is required.
Does this fit the Acura Integra Type S?
The B192-C192 is listed for the standard 2023-2025 Acura Integra. The Integra Type S has a different, larger turbocharged engine and exhaust system. Contact us to confirm fitment on the Type S before ordering.
What warranty does this exhaust carry?
Thermal R&D covers this system with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original vehicle owner, non-transferable. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not apply to racing, commercial use, or improper installation. Manufactured in Lancaster, California.
Allow the vehicle exhaust to cool fully before beginning. Raise the vehicle safely on jack stands with adequate clearance. Working from rear to front, unclip the OEM hanger isolators and loosen all factory exhaust clamps. Disconnect the front pipe at the catalytic converter outlet connection and remove the factory front pipe back system. Install the B192-C192 front pipe section first, connecting at the catalytic converter outlet and leaving compression clamps loose. Route the rear sections into the OEM hanger locations, positioning the polished tips for proper centering within the rear bumper. Tighten all compression clamps to specification, start the vehicle, and check all joints for leaks before returning to service.
