Frequently Asked Questions
Is Air Lift 25804, the 160 PSI Air Shock Controller, a pressure-based or height-based system?
Use the exact product specifications. Pressure and height sensing use different hardware and setup procedures, and some systems support one method while others support both.
What compressor and tank are required?
Size them for the controller, number of corners, pressure range, expected adjustment speed, duty cycle, and line size. Confirm every component in the current Air Lift system diagram.
Will the controller work with my phone?
Mobile support depends on the exact controller, supported operating system, wireless hardware, and current app requirements. Verify those details for this part number.
What should be calibrated after installation?
Complete the manufacturer's leak test, sensor orientation checks, pressure or height calibration, preset setup, and safe driving-height verification before road use.
Installation Instructions
