Installation Instructions
- Order and receive the required CO-AU/T/5 link pipe set before beginning installation. The S-AU/T/3H cannot be installed without it.
- Allow the vehicle to cool completely. Exhaust system components reach extreme temperatures during operation.
- Raise and support the vehicle securely on a lift or jack stands to access the underside.
- Disconnect the factory exhaust valve actuator wiring connectors before removing the factory exhaust assembly.
- Loosen and remove all factory exhaust clamps, flange hardware and rubber hanger mounts. Retain OEM parts.
- Remove the factory rear muffler assembly from the vehicle.
- Install the CO-AU/T/5 titanium link pipe set onto the factory mid-pipe junction per the CO-AU/T/5 installation instructions.
- Attach the S-AU/T/3H titanium connecting pipe set with X-pipe insert to the CO-AU/T/5 output and secure with the provided Akrapovic clamps.
- Mount the cast titanium valve housings and central muffler in position and hang on factory rubber mounts.
- Connect the exhaust valve actuator wiring to the OEM connectors. Verify secure engagement.
- Install the carbon fiber and titanium tip set onto the valve housing outlets.
- Start the engine, cycle through all drive modes and inspect all connections for leaks. Retighten hardware as needed.
