Installation Instructions
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning work
- Open the tailgate and locate the tail light assembly mounting bolts or screws accessible from inside the bed or tailgate opening
- Remove all fasteners and carefully pull the factory tail light assembly away from the bed panel
- Disconnect the factory wiring harness connector from the rear of the assembly
- Connect the wiring connector to the factory harness until it clicks securely into place
- Align the tail light assembly with the factory mounting holes and press it into position
- Reinstall all mounting fasteners and torque to factory specification
- Repeat steps 2 through 7 for the opposite side
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal
- Test all functions on both sides: stop, tail, sequential turn signal, and reverse before closing the tailgate
