Installation Instructions

1. Work on a cool vehicle, protect painted surfaces from brake fluid and relieve any residual line pressure.

3. Bolt the valve to the underside of the Remaster master cylinder using the machined mounting pattern.
4. Connect the rear inlet from the master cylinder and the rear outlet toward the rear brakes.
5. Run the front circuit through the pass through so the front brakes remain unrestricted.
6. Fit the tube nuts and tighten every fitting only after all lines are started by hand.
7. Bleed the complete system in the sequence given in the factory service information.
8. Set the adjuster to a conservative starting point that reduces rear pressure.
9. Test braking at low speed in a safe area and increase rear pressure in small steps until the balance is right.
10. Recheck every fitting for weeping and confirm the fluid level after the first drive.
