Installation Instructions

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning any electrical connections.
2. Unbox the 440022 and identify all components: two Squadron 2.0 Sport pods, two A-pillar brackets, Upfitter Harness, 55-inch Splitter Harness, lens kits, and all mounting hardware.
3. Locate the A-pillar mounting points on the driver and passenger sides of the 2021-2026 F-150 Raptor. These are the factory hard points the 440022 brackets align to.
4. Mount the driver-side A-pillar bracket to the A-pillar at the designated factory locations using the included hardware. Thread bolts in finger-tight.
5. Attach the Squadron 2.0 Sport pod to the bracket. Adjust vertical aim to your desired angle and thread pod hardware in finger-tight.
6. Repeat for the passenger side.
7. With all hardware in place, torque all bracket and pod mounting bolts to the specification listed in the Baja Designs 440022 instruction sheet.
8. Connect the 4-pin Deutsch connectors on each pod to the 55-inch Splitter Harness. Connect the Splitter Harness to the Upfitter Harness.
9. Route the Upfitter Harness through the firewall or along the A-pillar interior to the factory upfitter switch panel. Connect per the harness instruction sheet for your specific Raptor trim.
10. Reconnect the battery. Power on and test both pods using the factory upfitter switches.
11. Aim the pods at a flat wall 25 feet away. Adjust vertical aim so the hotspot of the beam is at or slightly below the horizon line.
12. Lock down all pod mounting hardware to final torque spec and zip-tie all harness runs at regular intervals to prevent contact with moving parts.
