Installation Instructions

- Remove and retain the original front-pipe flange hardware, release the factory exhaust from its rubber isolators, and remove the factory assembly.
- Lay out the Borla components in installation order and mate the Front Pipe Assembly to the vehicle flange using the retained hardware without fully tightening it.
- Place an Accuseal clamp over the expanded end of the Intermediate Pipe Assembly, connect it to the front pipe, and insert its hanger into the original isolator.
- Place the remaining clamp over the Muffler Assembly, connect it to the intermediate pipe, and seat its hangers in the original isolators.
- Align the complete system for safe clearance, tighten the front-pipe hardware, and torque the Accuseal clamps to 32-35 ft-lbs without using impact tools.
- Check clearance from wires, hoses, brake lines, bodywork, and tires, start the vehicle, and repair any exhaust leak before driving.
