Installation Instructions
- Safely lift and support the vehicle. Remove the front wheel.
- Remove the brake caliper bolts and slide the caliper off the rotor. Suspend the caliper without straining the brake hose.
- Remove the caliper bracket bolts and set the bracket aside.
- Remove any retaining screw from the rotor hat (if present) and slide the old rotor off the hub.
- Clean the hub mounting face with a wire brush to remove rust and debris for flat rotor seating.
- Slide the new 09.9167.11 rotor onto the hub. Install the retaining screw if applicable.
- Reinstall the caliper bracket and torque the bracket bolts to the factory specification.
- If replacing pads simultaneously, compress the caliper piston and install the new pads before reinstalling the caliper.
- Reinstall the caliper over the rotor and torque the caliper bolts to spec.
- Reinstall the wheel, lower the vehicle, and pump the brake pedal until firm before driving.
