Installation Instructions

1. Safely lift and support the vehicle. Remove the front wheel.
2. Remove the brake caliper guide pin bolts and slide the caliper off the rotor. Suspend it without straining the brake hose.
3. Slide out the old brake pads and inspect the caliper bracket slides for corrosion or binding.
4. Clean all bracket sliding surfaces and apply the included lubricant to the slide areas only.
5. Install the new hardware clips and seat the P06024 pads into the bracket.
6. Compress the caliper piston fully with a C-clamp or piston tool.
7. Slide the caliper back over the new pads and torque the guide pin bolts to the BMW factory specification.
8. Reinstall the wheel and torque lug bolts to spec.
9. Pump the brake pedal firmly until solid before moving the vehicle.
10. Perform the bedding procedure before returning to normal driving.
