The DBA DBA52224V2GLDXS is a 5000 Series XS 2-piece front brake rotor engineered for the 2008-2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. The XS design combines a premium non-directional cross-drilled and slotted pattern to maximize heat dissipation and gas evacuation at the friction surface. High-carbon cast iron rotor rings are paired with an aerospace-grade aluminum hat anodized in striking gold. Installation Instructions
Remove the front wheel and brake caliper. Support the caliper without straining the brake hose. Remove the factory rotor. Install the DBA52224V2GLDXS rotor and torque the wheel to OEM specifications. Perform a proper DBA bedding-in procedure: make 5-7 moderately firm brake applications from approximately 45 mph to 5 mph without coming to a complete stop. Allow 1-2 minutes to cool. Repeat 3 sets. Avoid aggressive braking until bedding-in is complete.
