Installation Instructions

1. Confirm the vehicle year, make, model, submodel, rear position, and application for 1115-1386-01.
2. Review the vehicle service manual. Prepare approved support stands, suitable hand tools, eye protection, brake cleaner, and high temperature brake grease.
3. Park on a stable surface, secure the vehicle, loosen the wheel fasteners, and support the vehicle according to the service manual.
4. Remove the rear wheel and secure the brake rotor if the service procedure requires it.
5. Open the brake master cylinder reservoir cap and monitor the fluid level while retracting the caliper piston.
6. Remove the caliper retaining hardware and move the caliper clear without straining the brake hose.

12. In a safe, flat area, complete the recommended bedding procedure. Test braking at low speed before returning to normal driving.
13. Recheck braking operation, wheel rotation, and fluid level after the first drive. Follow the service manual for final inspection and maintenance.
