Installation Instructions
- Inventory the K2227DL package and read the complete installation guide before disassembly.
- Disconnect the battery, raise the truck on a level surface, support it with rated jack stands, and remove the wheels.
- Remove the required factory sway bar, steering stabilizer, shocks, coil springs, track bar bracket, pitman arm, and radius arms following the guide.
- Install the supplied pitman arm, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, and required steering brackets. Drill only at the specified locations and sizes.
- Install the replacement radius arms, alignment cams, front coilovers, brake line brackets, sway bar drop brackets, and steering stabilizer hardware.
- Install the rear blocks, U-bolts, bump stop extensions, and rear shocks. Tighten all hardware to the values in the installation guide.
- Reinstall the wheels and tires, check clearance through the full steering and suspension range, align the truck, and adjust the headlights.
- Recheck all fasteners after 50 miles and continue regular torque inspections.
