Installation Instructions

1. Safely raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands. Remove the rear wheels for easier access to the lower control arm mounting points.
2. With the suspension at ride height or on a jack under the hub, locate the rear lower control arm's inner and outer mounting bolts. Note their positions and torque before removal.
3. Remove the inner chassis-side bolt first, then the outer knuckle-side bolt. Slide the OEM arm out of its mounting locations.
4. Pre-adjust the IS-EL-021-PRO to approximately the same length as the OEM arm before installation. This gives you a starting point close to factory alignment and reduces the range of adjustment needed at the alignment rack.
5. Insert the IS-EL-021-PRO into the inner chassis mount first, thread the bolt in finger-tight. Then align the outer rod end with the knuckle mount and thread that bolt in finger-tight.
