Install Instructions
- Raise the vehicle, engage the parking brake, and remove both front wheels
- Loosen the hard brake line fitting at each front caliper and cap it to minimize fluid loss
- Remove the OEM caliper, bracket, and rotor assembly from each side
- Clean the hub face and install the new S45C caliper bracket using the original mounting bolts torqued to specification
- Mount the new 355x32mm disc assembly to the hub, confirming directional orientation for each side
- Insert brake pads into the caliper and install guide pins through both pad mounting ears
- Mount the caliper onto the bracket and torque caliper bolts to specification
- Install the directional stainless braided brake lines along the same path as the OEM hoses
- Bleed the brake system starting with the caliper farthest from the master cylinder
- Reinstall wheels torqued to factory spec and complete the full break in procedure before normal driving
