Frequently Asked Questions
How do I confirm KC HiLiTES 92502 fits my setup?
Compare the complete dimensions, mounting interface, bracket or clamp size, voltage, amperage, wiring, beam pattern, and available clearance. A nominal light-bar length alone does not prove fitment.
What is included with KC HiLiTES 92502?
Only the components stated in the What's Included section are supplied. Confirm whether the exact listing includes lights, brackets, covers, wiring, relay, switch, connectors, and mounting hardware.
How should KC HiLiTES 92502 be aimed and checked after installation?
Aim auxiliary lighting for useful coverage without unsafe glare. Verify secure hardware, protected wiring, correct fuse and relay sizing, full steering or suspension clearance, and compliance with local road-use rules.
Installation
Follow the current KC HiLiTES instructions for the exact part number. Disconnect power when required, secure the vehicle, mount the light or accessory without forcing alignment, route wiring away from heat, sharp edges, water traps, and moving parts, use the specified fuse and relay, torque all hardware, then test, aim, and recheck the installation.
