The Oracle 5927-504-T Black Series Flush Style LED Tail Lights are a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory halogen tail lights on the 2019-2023 GMC Sierra 1500. Featuring a low-profile flush design that protrudes significantly less than the OEM housings, these lights integrate a sequential animated turn signal, over 4,400 lumen LED reverse lights, and a perimeter LED signature band. The modular housing can be disassembled for custom painting. Designed and engineered in the USA by ORACLE Lighting.

Installation Instructions
Open the tailgate and remove the two mounting bolts on each factory tail light assembly. Disconnect the factory wiring harness and remove the factory assembly. Plug the Oracle 5927-504-T into the factory wiring using the included adapters. Insert the Oracle assembly into the tail light opening and secure with the factory mounting hardware. Repeat on the other side. Test all lighting functions including turn signal, reverse, and running lights before use.
