Installation Instructions

1. Safely lift and support the vehicle on jack stands. Do not work under a vehicle supported only by a floor jack.
2. Locate the existing sway bar end links and remove the upper and lower mounting bolts. Note the orientation and position of existing hardware before disassembly.
3. Remove the old end link assembly and inspect the sway bar and control arm mounting points for wear or damage.
4. Apply a thin coat of compatible grease (white lithium or Prothane Slick Grease) to the outer surface of each polyurethane bushing.
5. Slide the metal sleeves into the center of the polyurethane bushings.
6. Assemble the end link: place a washer on the hex cap bolt, insert through the upper mounting point, thread the bushing and sleeve assembly onto the bolt, add another washer, and then repeat on the lower mounting point.
7. Hand thread the lock nut onto the bolt end. Do not fully tighten with the suspension hanging freely.
8. Lower the vehicle to ride height, then torque both bolts to specification with the suspension at full weight. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for proper torque values.
9. Repeat for the opposite side. Inspect for binding or interference throughout the full suspension travel before returning the vehicle to service.
