The Skyjacker C160AKS is a complete 6 inch suspension lift kit engineered for 1973-1987 Chevrolet and GMC half ton 4 wheel drive trucks and SUVs, including the K5 Blazer, K10, Jimmy and K1500. This kit includes front and rear leaf springs, U-bolt kits, bushings and brake line brackets, all powder coated black to resist corrosion. Install Instructions
- Raise and support the vehicle on jack stands and remove both front and rear wheel and tire assemblies as needed.
- Remove factory springs, shocks and related hardware per the included instruction sheet.
- Install new Skyjacker leaf springs, U-bolts and shocks in the sequence specified by the instructions.
- Torque all suspension hardware to manufacturer specifications.
- Reinstall wheels and tires and lower the vehicle to the ground.
- Perform a full wheel alignment and road test the vehicle at low speed before normal driving.
