Install Instructions
- Park the Ramcharger on level ground and support the frame with jack stands at the front lift points.
- Remove the front wheels.
- Support the front axle with a floor jack to relieve tension on the leaf spring.
- Disconnect the shock and remove the factory leaf spring by detaching the front eye bolt and rear shackle.
- Install the D800S Softride spring, attaching the front eye to the frame mount and the rear eye to the shackle using OEM hardware.
- Reconnect the shock absorber at the lower mount.
- Reinstall the wheels and lower the vehicle to the ground.
- Torque all hardware to specification and recheck after the first 100 miles.
