Install Instructions
- Park the vehicle on a level surface and measure fender height at each corner for reference
- Raise the front of the vehicle, support on jack stands, and remove the tires, shocks, and U-bolts
- Install new leaf springs with the polyurethane bushings from the L24S greased and in place
- Lower the axle onto the new springs, align the tie bolts, and install the L24S U-bolts
- Install new shocks and tires, then lower the vehicle and tighten spring eye bolts
- Repeat the process for the rear axle using the remaining L24S hardware
- Retorque all U-bolts and nuts after the first 100 miles and again after another 100 miles
- Have the vehicle aligned at a qualified alignment facility
