Installation Instructions

- Secure the hose in protected vise jaws and make a straight cut with a fine tooth saw or suitable snips.
- Fit the socket over the hose, remove the tape, and reshape the hose end carefully if needed.
- Press the ferrule onto the PTFE tube and confirm that no braid is trapped between the ferrule and tube.
- Lubricate the ferrule, hose end, and fitting nipple, then insert the fitting with a twisting motion.
- Thread the socket and fitting together, align the threads, and tighten with AN wrenches until approximately 1 mm remains between the socket and fitting.
- Inspect the assembled line and pressure test the fuel system for leaks before operation.
