6. Thread the temperature sensor into a 3/8-inch NPT port in the cooling system.
7. Secure all wiring away from heat and rotating components using zip ties or loom.
8. Run power and ground in 10-gauge wire with a 30-amp inline fuse near the battery.
9. Start the engine, allow it to reach operating temperature, and confirm the fan activates at the sensor threshold.
10. Inspect all connections and mounting hardware after the first drive cycle.
