Installation Instructions
- Verify your shroud opening is 14 inches and has at least 3.10 inches of depth clearance for the drop-in fan body.
- Place the fan in the shroud opening with the motor facing away from the radiator core.
- Mark and secure mounting tabs using appropriate hardware for your shroud material.
- Connect the SBL-YAZ-PT10 pigtail harness to the fan's connector.
- Connect the SBL-TS-HARN between the pigtail and your Plus Series temperature sensor.
- Install the temperature sensor in a 3/8-inch NPT port in your radiator or inline fitting.
- Route all wiring away from heat and moving parts, secure with zip ties or loom.
- Run power and ground in a minimum 10-gauge wire with an inline 30-amp fuse near the battery.
- Start the engine and allow coolant to reach operating temperature to verify correct fan activation.
- Inspect all mounting fasteners and wiring connections after the first heat cycle.
