The Stainless Works CT5V22CB is a full cat-back exhaust system built specifically for the 2022-2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing with the supercharged 6.2L V8. Constructed from 3-inch 304 stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing with an X-pipe crossover and dual muffler assemblies, the CT5V22CB unlocks the full acoustic and performance potential of the supercharged LT4 while retaining all four factory drive mode exhaust valve functions (Stealth, Tour, Sport, Track). Finished with quad 4.5-inch slash-cut tips in polished or black chrome, it fills the factory rear bumper cutouts perfectly. Handmade to order in Streetsboro, Ohio and backed by a lifetime warranty.

Active Exhaust Valve Retention
The CT5V22CB is engineered to work with the CT5-V Blackwing's factory active exhaust valve system. All four drive mode sound profiles (Stealth, Tour, Sport, and Track) remain fully functional after installation. You get the aggressive exhaust note at wide-open throttle without losing the quiet cruising behavior in Stealth mode that makes the Blackwing a legitimate daily driver.
X-Pipe Crossover Design
The X-pipe crossover balances exhaust pulses between the two cylinder banks, improving scavenging efficiency and delivering a smoother, more linear power curve across the RPM range. Compared to an H-pipe design, the X-pipe configuration produces a higher-pitched, more refined exhaust tone at full throttle, which suits the character of the supercharged LT4 engine.

This system fits the 2022-2026 Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing only with the 6.2L supercharged V8. It is not compatible with the standard CT5-V (twin-turbo 3.0L) or any other CT5 trim level.
