The SuperPro TRC1078 is a complete front lower control arm set engineered as a direct replacement for the 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 Nissan Rogue. Unlike bushing-only kits that require press-in installation, the TRC1078 control arms arrive fully assembled with SuperPro's proprietary polyurethane bushings and new ball joints pre-installed, allowing a straightforward bolt-on installation without a shop press or special tooling. Each arm is manufactured with SuperPro's engineering-grade polyurethane compound, which is formulated to resist degradation from temperature extremes, oils, brake fluid, and road chemicals that accelerate the breakdown of OEM rubber bushings over time. The TRC1078 delivers the geometry correction and long-term durability that the Rogue's front suspension demands, particularly on vehicles that have accumulated enough mileage for OEM rubber to crack or deform. SuperPro backs the TRC1078 with a limited lifetime warranty and draws on over 40 years of suspension development in Australia's demanding road conditions.

Safely lift and support the 2014 through 2020 Nissan Rogue on jack stands with full access to both front wheels. Remove the front wheels. Disconnect the front sway bar end link from the control arm if attached. Remove the ball joint pinch bolt at the steering knuckle and use a pickle fork or ball joint separator to free the ball joint stud from the knuckle. Remove the rear and front control arm mounting bolts at the subframe. Lower the control arm and remove it from the vehicle. Position the SuperPro TRC1078 onto the subframe mounting points, install the front and rear mounting bolts, and hand thread before torquing to factory specification with the suspension at ride height. Insert the ball joint stud into the steering knuckle and torque the pinch bolt to spec. Reattach the sway bar end link. Reinstall the wheels and torque lug nuts. Have a professional wheel alignment performed before returning the vehicle to normal use.

Control arms are the key suspension linkages that connect the wheel hub and knuckle assembly to the vehicle frame, controlling wheel travel through both compression and droop cycles. Worn OEM control arms with loose ball joints or deteriorated bushings cause vague steering, tire wear, and handling inconsistency that only go away with replacement or upgrade.Popular UpgradesTubular steel upper control arms for lifted trucks and SUVs are the most popular upgrade in the control arm category, correcting the geometry compromised by a suspension lift and restoring proper caster angle and ball joint centering. Adjustable upper control arms allow alignment angles like caster and camber to be dialed in precisely after a lift or lowering modification. Replacement lower control arms with polyurethane or solid aluminum bushings improve response and longevity compared to worn OEM rubber mounts. Why do I need new control arms after a lift kit?A suspension lift changes the angle at which the OEM upp...
