Installation Instructions
- Remove the cylinder head and disassemble the valve train according to the manufacturer service manual for your specific engine application.
- Use a valve spring compressor tool to safely compress and remove the existing intake valve springs, retainers, and keepers from each intake valve location.
- Inspect the valve stem and guide for wear or damage before installation.
- Install the SS-3021 seat locators on the valve stem if upgrading the full spring package.
- Position the SPTSPR-A2095 spring over the valve stem and onto the seat locator.
- Compress the spring using the valve spring compressor and install the RET-TC50/T1 titanium retainer onto the valve stem.
