UMI has taken spring design to the next level with our premium quality springs. Working closely with a leading Sprint Cup chassis engineer, we have created front springs that not only enhance modern handling and provide a crisp ride, but also maintain the classic muscle car appearance.
Our front springs are crafted from 5160 CrSi premium wire, featuring a linear 530 lb/in rate. This linear rate ensures consistent handling characteristics, especially beneficial for Auto-x and Pro-Tour applications. The increased stiffness of these springs reduces body roll and eliminates the common "floating" feeling often experienced with A-body vehicles.
Engineered to be level with standard SBC, Pontiac 400, aluminum head/intake Big Block Chevy, and LS power, these springs are suitable for a variety of applications. Whether you're into corner carving, general cruising, or Pro-Tour events, our springs deliver the performance you need.
