UMI Performance 78-88 GM G-Body Front Reinforcement Brace Bolt In is UMI Performance manufacturer part number 3053-B, selected by the verified year, make, and model applications below. The UMI Performance, Inc. reinforcing front frame brace is designed to stiffen the front frame horns and front crossmember area on the GM G-body platform. It replaces the popular “Grand Prix Bar” and stock frame reinforcements without the need for drilling. Grade 8 hardware is included with the brace, which weighs less than 10lbs. It is versatile for street, strip, auto-x, or road racing applications. Available in red or black powder coat, the UMI P/N 3053 is proudly made in Philipsburg, PA, USA and used on the G-Body Green Machine.
