Installation Instructions
- Park the car on a level surface, apply the parking brake and raise and support the vehicle safely on stands with the suspension at a known position.
- Remove the road wheels for access to the front and rear sway bar link mounting points.
- Measure and record the length of each original link before removal so the new links can be set to a matching baseline.
- Hold the link stud against rotation and remove the upper and lower fasteners from the first original link.
- Withdraw the original link and inspect the sway bar arm and control arm or strut mounting points for wear or damage.
- Set the new KLC276 adjustable link to the recorded baseline length and lock the adjuster as the instructions specify.
- Fit the new link with clean serviceable hardware and start the fasteners by hand.
- Repeat the removal and fitting sequence at the remaining front and rear positions.
- Return the suspension to normal ride height, then fine tune link length so the sway bar arms sit level and both sides measure the same.
- Torque all link fasteners to the vehicle service specification and confirm the adjusters are locked.
- Refit the wheels, lower the car and road test it, then recheck the fasteners and adjuster locks after the first short drive.
