Installation Instructions

1. Safely raise the vehicle and support on jack stands. Remove the front wheels for improved access if needed.
2. Locate the front sway bar mount brackets on the subframe behind the front fascia.
3. Remove the sway bar mount bracket bolts and lower the bracket to free the bushing.
4. Slide the old bushing off the sway bar tube and clean the bar surface with a rag.
5. Apply a film of bushing grease to the inner bore of each new KSK133-30 bushing.
6. Slide the new KSK133-30 bushings onto the sway bar tube in the correct orientation, with the split facing upward or as directed by the mount bracket design.
7. Reinstall the sway bar mount bracket and torque the mounting bolts to Tesla specification.
8. Reinstall wheels and lower the vehicle. Test drive and verify no noise or movement from the sway bar mounts.
