Installation Instructions

1. Raise and support the vehicle, remove the rear wheels, and disassemble the factory rear brakes down to the bare axle flanges. Inspect the axle, bearings, and seals.
2. Confirm the axle flange is Big Ford new style with a 2.50 inch offset, then verify wheel clearance using the Wilwood diagram.
3. Slide the rotor and drum assembly with the internal parking brake shoes preinstalled onto the axle flange, oriented to the supplied direction of travel arrows.
4. Bolt the caliper mounting bracket to the axle housing with the supplied hardware, then mount the Dynapro caliper to the bracket using the included bolts and washers.
5. Center the rotor in the caliper using the supplied shims until the gap is equal on both sides, then fully torque the caliper bolts to Wilwood spec.
6. Install the BP-10 brake pads and secure with the retaining pins.
7. Connect the parking brake cables to the internal shoe mechanism on each side and adjust per the Wilwood instruction sheet so the lever travel is correct.
8. Connect the supplied brake lines, bleed the system thoroughly starting from the caliper furthest from the master cylinder, and check for leaks before road testing at low speed.
