Installation Instructions

Safely raise and support the vehicle. Allow the exhaust to cool completely. Disconnect the factory exhaust at the midpipe flange downstream of the catalytic converters. Remove the factory components from the OEM hangers. Install the Thermal R&D B939-C914 (or applicable configuration) using the supplied clamps and hardware, reusing factory hangers. Confirm tip alignment, torque all fasteners, and inspect all joints before lowering. Perform a short test drive and verify no leaks.
