It uses a gold/yellow tint calibrated for dust, rain, fog, and snow -- the full range of off-road and overland conditions. It delivers more total output than Factory Amber while still suppressing the glare and washout that Clear lenses produce in airborne particulate.

Clear (668601 and 668603) is the original LP9 lens. It transmits the full 5,000K daylight output of the LP9 LED array with no color filtration, giving maximum terrain recognition and the lowest driver fatigue in clean-air conditions. Clear is the right choice for most night driving situations where visibility is not impaired by weather or dust.
