Installation Instructions
- Allow the exhaust to cool for at least one hour, raise the vehicle securely, wear eye protection, and lubricate the hangers, isolators, bolts, and nuts.
- Remove the factory exhaust while retaining the original flange hardware and rubber isolators required for the Borla system.
- Mate the Muffler Assembly flange to the vehicle and loosely install the original flange hardware.
- Place a clamp over the Y-Pipe Assembly, connect it to the muffler outlet, and seat its hanger in the original isolator.
- Install the right-hand and left-hand tailpipe assemblies into the Y-pipe with clamps and seat their hangers in the original isolators.
- Align both carbon-fiber tips and the complete exhaust for safe body and undercarriage clearance.
- Tighten the flange hardware, torque the Accuseal clamps to 32-35 ft-lbs without impact tools, and inspect for leaks after starting the vehicle.
