Installation Instructions

- Remove the factory exhaust sections rearward. Work from the muffler backward, then remove the intermediate pipe sections.
- Clean the flange connection surface at the rear of the catalytic converter. Install the new ring gasket from the kit.
- Loosely assemble the new BRExhaust 106-0799 pipe and muffler sections, starting from the front flange and working rearward. Do not fully tighten any connections until all sections are in position.
- Route the new pipes around the factory hangers and all crossmembers. Attach the rubber hangers to the new exhaust at the factory hanger locations.
- Install the 2.25 in U-bolt clamps at the appropriate slip-fit joints. With all sections aligned and the system hanging straight and clear of the undercarriage, tighten all clamps and the front flange bolts to the specified torque.
