The AAD Performance AAD-TRX-BIHITP billet tensioner pulley replaces the factory plastic idler wheel on the IHI supercharged Ram TRX and Hellcat engine. It is machined from 6061 billet, runs Timken bearings and is anodized black, so it works as an appearance part as well as a durability upgrade.

Installation Instructions
- Allow the engine to cool and disconnect the battery.
- Read the number printed on the tensioner body and confirm it is 53011558AA.
- Confirm the tensioner end has M8 threads rather than M10 threads.
- Relieve belt tension and remove the supercharger belt.
- Remove the factory pulley retaining bolt and lift the plastic pulley off.
- Fit the billet pulley squarely on the tensioner.
- Install the retaining bolt and centre cap and torque the bolt.
- Refit the belt, re-tension it and rotate the engine by hand to confirm free movement.
