The AAD Performance C022-0006 adjustable idler pulley adds belt wrap to the supercharger pulley on the 6.2 litre supercharged HEMI, which is where factory belt routing runs out of grip under high load. The fixed adjustable design avoids the failures seen in slot adjustable pulleys and can add at least another inch of wrap in the highest position.

Installation Instructions
- Allow the engine to cool and disconnect the battery.
- Relieve belt tension and remove the supercharger belt.
- Select the mounting hole position that suits the pulley combination fitted.
- Mount the idler pulley using the supplied zinc plated hardware.
- Confirm the pulley is square to the belt path.
- Refit the belt and verify wrap around the supercharger pulley.
- Check clearance to the catch can bracket if one is fitted.
- Torque the mounting hardware and rotate the engine by hand to confirm free movement.
