FTS22215 is the basic system component box used in Fabtech 4 inch radius arm systems for 2017-2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. This is not a complete lift kit. The correct front coil box, rear box kit, and Fabtech shocks must be purchased separately for the selected gas, diesel, or coilover system configuration.

Installation Instructions
- Confirm that FTS22215 is being combined with the correct coil box, rear box, and Fabtech shock package for the vehicle and selected system.
- Read the complete Fabtech installation instructions and verify every component before work begins.
- Check the vehicle for frame or suspension damage and record a factory specification front end alignment before installation.
- Have two professional mechanics perform the installation with the vehicle safely supported.
- Use the specified hand tools, sockets, torque wrench, drill, cutting tool, and 1.25 inch hole saw.
- Apply the supplied thread locking compound and follow every published torque and safety requirement.
- After installation, align the front end, check differential fluid, inspect tire clearance, and readjust the headlights.
- Recheck all nuts, bolts, and lug nuts after 50 miles and inspect them periodically thereafter.
