Installation Instructions

Professional installation is strongly recommended. Raise and secure the vehicle on a lift or jack stands. Allow the factory exhaust to cool completely before removal. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the factory exhaust manifolds, Y-pipe, and catalytic converters. Clean all mating surfaces on the cylinder heads. Install the supplied gaskets and torque the header flanges to the manufacturer specification using the included hardware. Route the primary tubes to ensure clearance from the frame, crossmembers, and steering shaft. Install the catted Y-pipe, connect O2 sensor extensions, and torque all clamps to spec. Reconnect the battery and perform an ECU reset or professional tune. Check all connections for leaks after the first heat cycle.
