Installation Instructions

1. Safely raise the vehicle on jack stands and remove the front wheels.
2. Remove the old front brake calipers by unbolting the caliper mounting bolts.
3. Remove the old caliper bracket if replacing, or clean and inspect if reusing.
4. Remove the old front rotors from the hub, using a rubber mallet if needed.
5. Clean the hub face with a wire brush and brake cleaner before installing new rotors.
6. Install the new OE-specification rotors onto the hub.
7. Install the new Z17 ceramic brake pads into the caliper carrier.
8. Install the new remanufactured calipers over the pads and rotors. Torque caliper bolts to factory specification.
