Installation Instructions

1. Confirm the vehicle year, make, model, submodel, front position, and application for 1115-1179-01.
2. Review the vehicle service manual. Prepare approved support stands, suitable hand tools, eye protection, brake cleaner, and high temperature brake grease.
3. Park on a stable surface, secure the vehicle, loosen the wheel fasteners, and support the vehicle according to the service manual.
4. Remove the front wheel and secure the brake rotor if the service procedure requires it.
5. Open the brake master cylinder reservoir cap and monitor the fluid level while retracting the caliper piston.
6. Remove the caliper retaining hardware and move the caliper clear without straining the brake hose.
