Installation Instructions
- Cool the exhaust and raise the truck on rated stands or a lift with clearance behind the rear axle.

- Free the old system at the clamp-on joint and at each hanger, and lower it clear.
- Lay the new pieces out in order and dry-fit the inlet joint to confirm full engagement depth before lifting the rest into place.
- Assemble the system loosely with all four U-bolt clamps in position and every hanger seated.
- Route the pipes around the axle, crossmembers and brackets, then adjust the slip joints for clearance to the floor, fuel lines and spare tyre.
- Rotate the tailpipe into the OEM exit position and confirm it is not touching the bumper or the bed.
- Tighten the four clamps front to rear so each joint stays fully engaged.
