TS-199-3020 is a Turbosmart LockSleeve 90 degree turbo compressor outlet adapter machined from billet aluminum for a 2.50 inch outlet on both ends. Designed exclusively for Turbosmart B Frame and C Frame turbocharger compressor covers, this adapter uses the Plazmaclamp / Plazmaman Clamp connection type (sold separately) to deliver a weld-free, boost-rated seal rated to 150 PSI. As a Race Only component, it is intended for closed-course competition use and is not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles in California or elsewhere where emissions regulations apply.

LockSleeve Technology

The LockSleeve system replaces conventional welded compressor outlet adapters with a precision-machined screw-together ferrule assembly. Two billet aluminum collar halves thread together around the compressor outlet, compressing an internal O-ring against the outlet flange to form a mechanically interlocked, pressure-rated seal.

Because the connection is fully mechanical, no heat is introduced to the turbocharger housing during installation. There is no risk of warping the compressor cover, no specialist welding equipment required, and the assembly can be disassembled and reinstalled without damaging the seal. The internal O-ring is captive within the ferrule halves, keeping it correctly positioned as the collar is tightened.

The result is a boost-rated seal that meets or exceeds the performance of a welded adapter, at a fraction of the installation time, while remaining fully serviceable in the field.
