- Remove the LockSleeve collar halves from the compressor outlet per the LockSleeve fitting instructions
- Remove the worn O-ring from the ferrule groove
- Fit the new O-ring into the groove, seating it evenly around the full circumference
- Reassemble the LockSleeve collar halves and torque evenly to re-engage the mechanical seal
- Pressure test the system before returning to full boost
